Hello people of the internet! Last week, I attended an interesting little masterclass. Shopless sponsored an evening with Umi Falafel. Our Cork branch is one of five that have been rolling out across Ireland and now, Nothern Ireland over the past five years. We learned how to create their (amazing) falafel and baba ganoush!

Thursday was a cold and rainy night. But, the second you stepped into Umi Falafel on Academy Street you felt warm and welcomed. We learned from their (wonderful) staff how to create the falafel that they make fresh every morning in the restaurant. And, baba ganoush which is somehow an even better option than hummus! We even got to head into the kitchen and get hands-on too. 

I just want to thank the staff for such a great evening. Shopless is going to creating more of these 'experience' masterclasses in the future so definitely keep your eyes peeled if you're in Cork!
