Well, this month (and year) I'm trying a new style for my photo challenges. I want to get more involved in the design process. That's why I'm particularly proud of how this month's prompt list turned out. I've handwritten or drawn most of it aside from some text and I love how it turned out!

Hello people of the internet! Forgive me, it's been pretty much a whole month since my last post. Work has been really hard. The actual working part and the whole getting used to a completely different schedule. Most nights I come home and pretty much chill out on my phone while watching Netflix. And, my weekends are spent watching movies while having a takeaway with my boyfriend. I'm officially just over a month into my new job and I think I'm finally ready to get back into the blogging game!

But, we're having some of the best Spring weather we could have ever asked for. I've been enjoying actually taking my lunch to work just so I can sit outside. May is usually a pretty chilled out month for me. So this month challenge is very relaxed!
Hello people of the internet! How the hell is it the end of March already? I feel like I spent so much of February and the start of this month absolutely stressing over going to Paris. Now, it feels like the month disappeared before my eyes! Thank goodness for some of you on Instagram for reminding me that I need to put the next challenge up. Otherwise, I doubt I would even know that the month was coming to an end haha!

How do I still think that as a 24-year-old adult, I have no clue? Honestly, I've been pretty busy. I'm going to Paris in 3 weeks so my head is pretty much filled with prep for that!
Hello people of the internet! It feels like the only thing I post on here lately is challenges! But, I hate missing them even if I'm not blogging on the regular. January is always a long month for me mentally. I think it is for everyone. People have such high expectations about New Years and I think it can put so much pressure on all of us. This year I made a conscious decision to take January "off". I haven't been blogging but I've been on all of my social media accounts pretty regularly. It's something I'm thinking I'm going to do every year from now on. So, February is like the real start of the year for me!

If you're a long time reader you've probably noticed the huge gap between my last blog post in this one. Hello people of the internet! It's the most wonderful time of the year! That's right... October is almost here. I feel like October is the best month. Not only do you get to really immerse yourself in Autumn but you get to enjoy the best holiday - Halloween! And, I also get to celebrate my 8th anniversary with Dan at the end of the month. Hello people of the internet! It's almost August! HOW!? July absolutely flew past me. It's always a busy month. And, August will be even busier because.... IT'S MY BIRTHDAY MONTH! Not only is it my birthday month, but it's pretty much all of my friends' birthday month as well. When it's a busy month I always try to pick prompts that are easy to take pictures of but are cool for making memories with!
Hello people of the internet! How are we all doing? Personally, I feel like I have jet lag and I'm being cooked alive in my house. June was a crazy month for me. I had set myself a few impossible goals aka - blogging three times a week and keeping up with my own photo challenge. Normally that wouldn't feel impossible. But, if you follow me on Instagram or Twitter you'll know I spent most of June working at a festival. Which I do a couple of times a year. And, festival hours are far from the normal 9-5! So now that it's all over and done with I'm hoping to stay caught up with my own challenge haha!
