5 Ways To Relax

Hello people of the internet! Today, I'll be talking about relaxing. Whether you've had a long day/week/month or you suffer from anxiety. We all need some "Me-time" to de-stress and to relax! Here are just a few things that help me chill out! 

1. Make yourself your favorite drink. It doesn't matter if it's tea or coffee or just you favorite juice! Put something yummy in your tummy!

2. Put on your favorite show. Tune out the rest of the world! I love to watch: RuPaul's Drag Race, Pretty Little Liars, Veronica Mars, and Adventure time!

3. Read a book. Find a new series or re-read an old favorite. Here are some of my favorite one: Gone Girl, The Fault In Our Stars, Uglies, and Belle!

4. Listen to some music or a podcast. I might actually be too dependent on podcasts to relax. I always listen to the Rooster Teeth podcast or Ear Biscuits by Rhett and Link! 

5. Make yourself some damn delicious food or order in. Like I said before, put something yummy in your tummy. It doesn't matter if you make it or let someone else do the honors!
