Hello people of the internet! One of my favorite things about Autumn is being able to do darker, more vampy makeup looks. I was pretty bored the other day and decided to go for something that I never usually do. A dark smokey eye with a hint of purple! This look is perfect for going out or anyone who just enjoys a nice smokey eye.

The Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette has a fantastic dark burgundy shade. I used that as the main color for this look. After covering my lid in a light brown for a transition shade I covered my outer corner/crease with that darker shade. I then brought the burgundy color into my inner corner, crease, and eventually blended it over the rest of my lid. At the center of my lid, I used a duochrome cream highlighter. I then patted a similar powder highlighter over it. Last but not least, I took that dark burgundy shade again and smudged my lower lash line with it!
