Oreo Cheesecake Truffles || Blogmas

Hello people of the internet! Happy Christmas Eve! Today is the last day of Blogmas. I originally planned to do a post on Christmas day but, who wants to work on Christmas!? So, I decided to end Blogmas with a baking post. They're probably my favorite posts to do. I made these amazing Oreo cheesecake truffles last year for Christmas Eve! They are so freakin delicious and really simple to make.  Plus, you can decorate them and make them look super fancy!

What you'll need:
(Makes roughly 40 truffles)

Three packs of Oreos (whatever kind you want)
Two packs of cream cheese
Chocolate for dipping (I used 800 grams)
White Chocolate (100 grams)

1. Crush up all the Oreos and mix them together in a bowl.

2. Slowly add your cream cheese into the Oreos. I find adding half a pack of cream cheese at a time works best.

3.  Make small little balls out of your mixture. You'll want to place them on wax paper. They can get pretty sticky. Then put them in the freezer for about an hour!

4. Melt your chocolate in a bowl and roll each one of the balls into it. Place them back onto your freezer for another 20 minutes!

5. Melt your white chocolate. I used a knife and just drizzled it randomly. If you wanted to you could sprinkle peppermint, nuts, or even more chocolate!

See, simple! These truffles are perfect if you don't have a lot of time but, you want to impress! So, if you need to bring something to a holiday party this weekend try this out! I really hope you guys enjoyed Blogmas. I know I did! I hope you all have a lovely Christmas. Be merry and stay safe!

  1. Oh my goodness these look delicious! I like no bake recipes because I'm not all that great in the kitchen but these are usually simple enough to do!
