Hello people of the internet! As many of you know, I was at my second Into The West Blogger Network event on Sunday (May 10th). Heading up to Galway this time around was so different to when I went in February. I remember being an absolute, walking ball of nerves. This time I was as cool as a cucumber! I was even telling first timers how awesome everyone/thing is and how there's no need for nerves. It was such an amazing day!

Hello people of the internet! Sorry for being away for so long. I really missed you guys. Due to some missing motivation, and a terrible cold I've just been in my own little world lately. I'm still sick but, I decided to use my sick days to get some work done here while I relax at home! Today, I'm talking about one of my favorite things in Galway: Gourmet Tart Co. At the Into The West Blogger Network event we were spoiled with tons of their AMAZING macaroons. I may have fallen head over heels in love with them.
