Hello people of the internet! I'm on a bit of a fashion kick lately (check out this post). I've been researching Autumn/Winter trends like my life depends on it. This year is one of the first times I've actually taken time to notice them being incorporated in stores too. I wanted to share a few of my favorites and easy ways to add them into your wardrobe!
Faux Fur & Fuzz: This is definitely a very easy trend to tackle. For faux fur, you can go all out and get yourself a jacket or a vest like on the left. Or, tone it down a bit by finding pieces that use it as a trim detail. The fuzz aspect is fun and it'll definitely be keeping you warm this season. You can find sweaters, crop tops, gloves, even socks in this fluffy/fuzzy material.
That 70's Show: To me the 70's trend is going hand in hand with BoHo. Bell sleeve tops and dress, fringe, and lace. You really would only need to pick up one or two things to be able to mix and match the 70's into your wardrobe. The denim skirt pictured above would work with any t-shirt or crop top you already own. The beautiful, grey dress would be perfect paired with a turtle neck top.
High Neck: I've already been seeing this absolutely everywhere! Once again, you can add this to your wardrobe by just finding a high neck-ed crop top! I really like the sweater pictured here. You could find one similar and wear it with leggings or if it's long enough tights and some boots. So comfy!
Bold & Clashing Patterns: If you're going for a bold pattern look it's all about finding a good base. Whether it's black tights, a white shirt, we just want to find a blank canvas to add a crazy pattern to. Once your figure out what your base is, go for it! Find a loud pattern that just speaks to you. If you're feeling extra brave, ditch the base and mix too insane patterns together.
So guys... What do you think? What trends have you seen that you're loving. Or, what trends do you absolute hate this season? One of my least favorite trends this season is probably the 80's revival. Normally I'm all for 80's style. I'm just not feeling it for A/W 2015. It just doesn't seem to fit this time around.
