Hello people of the internet! I cannot believe it's the 29th of October! IT'S THE END OF OCTOBER GUYS. This month flew. Maybe that's because I was busy every single day. It's been a crazy month. There were a lot of ups and downs, a few events, and a lot of blogging. How did your month go? What did you do? What was your favorite part of October?
Snapchat: I feel like I really came out of my shell on Snapchat this month (if you want to add me it's CardiganJezebel). I've been really active on there for all of October. I showed you guys the Opera Lane fashion show and a behind the scenes look while I was making that awesome cake!
Blogging: I have absolutely loved blogging this month. Part of me thought Blogtober was going to be really hard and impossible. I kept doing it though and I only missed two posts! As of today, I've done 27 posts in 29 days. Who knew I had it in me. Check out all of the posts here.
Clue: This is a period tracker app. I've never really tried any other period apps before but I love this one. You can track absolutely everything to do with your cycle. I've found it extremely helpful for tracking my period. You can set reminders for a multitude of things including: remembering to add info for the day and even a monthly breast check!
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream - Transylvania: This color is wonderful for Autumn. It's a dark purple, completely matte, and smells like vanilla cake batter! What's not to like?
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser: I was given this set at the Boots event at the start of the month. It came with a muslin cloth and it's fantastic. It's a plant based cleaner. It'll take off your makeup, including your mascara! Then when you use the cloth it removes all of the dead skin! I've notice a significant difference in the quality of my skin this month and I've only been using this!
Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation: This was a totally random purchase. Boots had the best offer on Rimmel products at the start of the month - 2 for €12! So my mom and I both picked up foundation. I was a bit worried that the coverage wouldn't be great since it's marketed as a medium coverage foundation. Turns out there was no reason to worry! I had great coverage and it really did last! I never had to touch it up even when I was sweating and on a bus for three hours.
What were three of your favorite things this month?
