Hello people of the internet! Today, I wanted to try something a little different with my makeup! I picked up a blue liquid eyeliner from Penneys (Primark) for €2  a while back (I would definitely recommended that you pick it up)! The look is an electric blue winged eyeliner look with a matte, nude eyeshadow. 

This look is really simple! Just do your own usual nude eyeshadow routine and add electric blue eyeliner. I honestly cannot believe how nice the Penneys eyeliner is. They also had one in a hot pink color. My only problem is that it was very wet. Like, even for a liquid eyeliner. That's why it's all over my flippn lashes. I think it's a great eye-grabbing look for really, an occasion!
