Hello people of the internet! Life can be so busy at times. Many of us will have families, a home to care for, a career to pursue, and with all of that, we are expected to keep things ticking over when it comes to life. It can all get too much. Life admin is one of those things that keeps you ticking on by, it is the small insignificant things that can make the difference to your day or to your future, so how do you not get stressed over it? There are things that you can put in place to make these things less overwhelming. Here are some suggestions. 



Thinking about the future


One of the first things that you might want to consider doing is taking some time to think about your future. It could be as simple as writing a will so you don’t have to think about it again, creating a bucket list so you are safe in the knowledge that you will go for what you want, or even getting some best term life insurance quotes to cover you for the finances and to protect your home should anything happen. These are all things that you can organise just once, and then not have to think about them again. But you are taking actionable steps to think about your future.



Meal planning and list writing


A big life admin stress is the food shop. There is no hiding from that fact. It can be stressful to go, stressful to remember everything you need, and then you get the fear at the till because you spend too much, sound familiar? Take the stress out of this task by meal planning and writing a list. Stick with it and you will start to see the difference it can make. You could end up making big saving son your shopping, but it doesn’t need to stop there. Shop online for convenience and be less tempted by offers. Change where you shop or even the brands you automatically buy to reduce the costs. These things can make a massive difference. 



Creating a daily to do list


Maybe you just need some order to your day, and so taking a moment to write a daily to do list could help you take the stress out of it. First thing in the morning, grab a notebook and pen and make a note of everything you want to or need to do that day. Ticking things off can be so satisfying. When it gets to the end of the day reevaluate what you have done and celebrate the small wins. In the morning, you can move across the things that didn’t get completed the day before. 



Planning your week ahead 


Finally, planning your day can be great but take some time out to plan your week ahead as well. This could be things like logistics and running around that needs to be done. Places you have to be and appointments that need to kept. This will help you when it comes to doing your daily list.
