Hello people of the internet! If you follow me on twitter (Like you should!) you'd know I participate in Cork Hour. It's just a little networking thing that takes place every Monday and there's a(n unreal) sponsor. I ended up taking home the prize this week, Luckily enough, the sponsor this week was Veronica's Snacks!

Veronica's Snacks is a healthy, baked-not-fried, delicious, gluten-free crisp range. Oddly enough, I was already a huge fan and never knew they were based in Cork. Even weirder, right down the street from me! I've been trying to cut back on my junk food consumption as of lately and winning this was an absolute god-sent! They're so flavorful. These crisps are absolute proof that being healthy doesn't have to be boring! I just wanted to give a huge shoutout/thank you to Veronica's Snacks and Cork Hour for this tasty prize!

Also, you may have noticed the title of this post is Pure Cork. This is a new feature I plan on doing. It's one of those things that I've wanted to do since I start my blog over a year ago. I have such a love for businesses in Cork and I just really want to share that with you guys!
