White geometric text reading "ITWBN Blogger event" Over a red glitter/crystal background

Hello people of the internet! As many of you know, I was at my second Into The West Blogger Network event on Sunday (May 10th). Heading up to Galway this time around was so different to when I went in February. I remember being an absolute, walking ball of nerves. This time I was as cool as a cucumber! I was even telling first timers how awesome everyone/thing is and how there's no need for nerves. It was such an amazing day!

First of all, let's talk about the AMAZING G Hotel. I mean, I had some pretty high expectations and then it was just even better. From the second you walk in you can realize why it's a five star hotel. The staff was super helpful and lovely. The food was delicious. I would love to do a photo shoot there. Or maybe.. like, live there.

Here was my makeup of the day! The eye look is entirely using the Naked On The Run palette. I used some Penney's individual lashes. I'm totally useless when it comes to a full set of fake eyelashes but now I'm totally obsessed with these! I ended up going with a red matte lipstick. This has pretty much been my go to look at the moment.

Crystal rings on show in many different colors for Cottonface vintage

The brands were amazing! I talked to everyone from: Debenhams, Boots/No7, Cotton Face Vintage, The Body Shop, InSight Hair Care, and Amber Galway. I made it my mission this time around to buy something from Cotton Face. Last time, I was so caught up with taking pictures I didn't get a chance to purchase any of their amazing accessories. I'll be doing a post on what I did buy soon. I'm in LOVE!

One of my favorite things about the ITWBN events is that you get to learn something. We had four amazing speakers. Sinéad Burke of Minnie Mélange was absolutely amazing. I felt like I could really connect with how she started blogging. Deirdre Dunne from Castle Print Galway gave us a brilliant  insight into branding and marketing. We had a great laugh and and a wonderful talk about online reputation from Wayne Denner. Last but not least, an inspiring talk from Karen Brown the co-founder of Karora Cosmetics. It was amazing to learn so many different things in such a short space of time.

I'm almost a little disappointed in myself for not taking more pictures. I was just having too much fun chatting away and being in the moment for once. It was so refreshing to not be constantly be behind my camera. I had so much fun with so many people and I'm never going to forget that!

130 Irish bloggers at a blogger event in the G Hotel in Galway

There is nothing nicer than having 120 people in a room who all understand and do the same thing. We're all bloggers. We've all found a passion in sharing little parts of our life with the world. It doesn't matter if you blog about beauty, fashion, or cars. You know that at the end of the day you're going to have this amazing support group with ITWBN that gets you. We all know that excitement of trying something new (and not being able to take the packaging off until you get the perfect picture) or even being sick and just saying " Nope, that post is not happening today. I'm staying in bed with netflixs." We get it. I know that my blog wouldn't be anything with out my ITWBN family. Not only have I grown my blog since I started talking to them, but I know I've grown as a person too.
